Abstract
The reader may be surprised to find a chapter about a Western Blotting technique in a book dealing with affinity chromatography. However, the method described here combines two steps that are characteristic of immuno affinity chromatography. One is the preparation of monospecific antibodies against a particular antigen and the second is the testing of their reactivity with the same or different antigens from any source of antigenic material.
